Mauro Ballabio

Since joining Progressio in 2020, Mauro Ballabio has supported the team in creating operational value, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in strategic consulting.

Mauro accompanies and supports portfolio companies in implementing digital transformation, industrial optimisation and organisational development projects.

He previously worked at EY Parthenon, Bain & Company and Monitor Deloitte, specialising in performance improvement, supply chain and post-acquisition integrations.

He has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan and an MBA with distinction from Hult International Business School.
