Filippo Gaggini

At the helm of Progressio since 2011, Filippo Gaggini has contributed to transform the company into a leading player in Italian private equity. With over 30 years of experience in the sector, he has developed an entrepreneurial vision of investment, where every business is first and foremost a story to be listened to and valued.

Before Progressio, he held key roles in Investitori Associati, Investindustrial and The Carlyle Group.

A graduate in Business Administration from Bocconi University, he is a Chartered Accountant.
