(hereinafter \u201cArchiva Group\u201d), a company that for over 25 years has provided consulting, services and digital technology solutions, as well as owner of the Requiro application suite, announces the acquisition of 60% of the share capital of Mitric S.r.l. (hereinafter \u201cMitric\u201d), a company specialized in the development of mobile-oriented software solutions for the B2B market.<\/p>\n            <\/div>\n            \n                        <div class=\"im-text-on-bg__p flex flex-column-m\">\n                                <div class=\"col-text common-text-editor-style \">\n                    <p>The transaction is part of Archiva Group\u2019s development strategy &#8211; controlled by Progressio Investimenti IV fund, managed by Progressio SGR S.p.A. &#8211; aimed at strengthening its technological portfolio and expanding its range of solutions in the areas of Administration &amp; Finance, HR &amp; Sales Management, Legal &amp; Compliance, and Procurement, which will be integrated with new areas of interest and broaden the company\u2019s audience of corporate stakeholders. With the acquisition of Mitric, Archiva Group adds to its portfolio the Checker solution, a cloud suite for Audit, Quality, and HSE Management, mobile-first and multilingual.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Giuliano Marone, CEO of Archiva Group<\/strong>, states: <em>\u201cWe are pleased to welcome all Mitric employees into the Archiva Group family and project, and to strengthen the set of proprietary technological solutions available within the group, enabling us to continue supporting our clients in an ongoing journey of digitalization, efficiency, and modernization of business processes.
